Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You only pay when you're ready.
Which AI features are included, and do they cost extra?
AI features are built into every plan at no extra charge. Each plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance: Starter gets 500 credits, Growth gets 2,000, and Enterprise gets 10,000. Quick actions (triage, generation) cost 1 credit; quality actions (drafting, Q&A, summaries) cost 5 credits. If you run out, you can top up instantly with one-time credit packs from £9.
What happens when I run out of AI credits?
AI features pause until you either purchase a top-up pack or your monthly allocation resets (every 30 days). Top-up credits never expire and carry over month to month. You can buy 500, 2,000, or 5,000 credits from the AI Usage page in your settings.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
What counts as a team member?
Anyone who has an account in your organisation. On Starter, you can have up to 10. On Growth and Enterprise, there's no limit.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes — pay annually and get two months free. Contact us to switch to annual billing.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data at any time. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Is Openesia OS GDPR compliant?
Yes. All data is stored in the EU and we provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on request.
